The R suffix matters — HY18R is the reversed-orientation version of the HY18 (HYN17) profile, and without the correct orientation the blade will not operate the lock. MFK-103 ensures you have 10 precision-brass HY18R blades on hand, cross-referenced to SILCA HYN17R and JMA HY-19.P1, for the newer Hyundai models that require the reversed cut direction.
