Order Processing

At KeysRUs, we process orders quickly to get your items delivered on time.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs:

Flat-Rate Shipping

  • A single flat shipping fee is applied to all orders (shown at checkout).

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Express & Other Shipping Options

  • Customers can choose express or other premium shipping methods at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Delivery times and fees for express options vary and are displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Available to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary, typically 7–21 business days.

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Use this number to track your shipment directly with the carrier.

Order Delays

Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or high-volume periods.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

  • Check your tracking information first.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed shipment:

  • We will contact you to confirm the correct address.

  • A reshipment fee may apply before the order is resent.

  • If we cannot reach you within 7–10 business days, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost.


Returns & Restocking Fee

  • Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We ensure secure delivery:

  • We will file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund.

Damaged Items:

  • Email photos of the damage and your order number to info@keysrus.ca, or call 416‑871‑9320 / 1‑866‑871‑9320 within 7 days of receipt.

  • A replacement or refund will be issued after verification.
