Return & Refund Policy — KeysRUs

At KeysRUs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return items within the specified timeframe.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Restocking Fee

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • The restocking fee is deducted from your refund along with any shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact KeysRUs at info@keysrus.ca or call 416‑871‑9320 / 1‑866‑871‑9320.

  2. Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

  3. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Important: Do not send items back without prior approval or return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refund amount = Purchase price – 15% restocking fee – any original shipping charges.

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after the item is received.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return first and place a new order.

  • We do not automatically exchange items unless specified.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@keysrus.ca or 416‑871‑9320 / 1‑866‑871‑9320.

  • Please provide photos of the damage along with your order number.

  • We will issue a replacement or full refund after verification.

Car Key Programming Machines (Lonsdor, Autel and Other Brands)

Lonsdor, Autel and all other car key programming machines are final sale once opened and registered, activated, or linked to your email address or user account. These devices are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges once this has occurred.

Please confirm that the machine meets your needs before opening and registering or activating it.

This restriction does not affect applicable manufacturer warranty coverage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, altered, or missing parts are not eligible for return.

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain promotional items may also be non-returnable.
