At KeysRUs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return items within the specified timeframe.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable, list here).
Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The restocking fee is deducted from your refund along with any shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Important: Do not send items back without prior approval or return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund amount = Purchase price – 15% restocking fee – any original shipping charges.

Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after the item is received.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return first and place a new order.

We do not automatically exchange items unless specified.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@keysrus.ca or 416‑871‑9320 / 1‑866‑871‑9320.

Please provide photos of the damage along with your order number.

We will issue a replacement or full refund after verification.
Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, altered, or missing parts are not eligible for return.
