The HON58R is the reversed-orientation Honda profile — distinct from the HON66 used in MFK-022 — and is required for a specific range of Honda and Acura models where the wrong orientation will simply not enter the lock. MFK-021 delivers 10 precision-brass HON58R blades, cross-referenced to JMA TP00HOND-21.P and SILCA HON58R, so you always have the right orientation on hand.
Stock alongside MFK-022 (HON66) to cover both Honda blade orientations without confusion on site. Combine with a GTL Honda MFK head (MFK-HEAD-063) for a clean mechanical or transponder key finish.
