This OEM Mazda 4-button smart key is designed for select 2018–2019 Mazda vehicles and supports lock, unlock, trunk release, and panic functions. Operating on 315 MHz, this remote features FCC ID: WAZSKE13D02, a pre-installed CR2032 battery, and includes a K-MAZ25 emergency key blade.

Compatible with OEM part numbers GJY9-67-5DY and GJY9-67-5RY, this smart key provides full proximity and keyless entry support when programmed using Mazda dealer tools or approved locksmith equipment.
